Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Glove Services Service orders (break-in, relacing, cleaning & conditioning) require additional processing time. Turnaround times vary by service and current volume — we'll notify you by email once your glove has been received and again when it ships back to you.

• Standard Shipping: $12.99 — estimated 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: $24.99 — estimated 1–3 business days

Shipping Address We currently ship within the United States only. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at monkeysglovelab@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
